Photo Gallery Directions

To access your Photo Gallery login, visit your website and navigate to the Photo Gallery page. On your website, it may be called something different, but the directions are still the same.

At the bottom of the gallery page, you'll find a login link that opens in a new window. You will have received a Username and Password in the e-mail we sent you. If you forgot your login info, please ask and we'll resend it. Enter the username and password as requested, and you'll be directed to the list of Galleries. To create a new Gallery, click the "Create Gallery" link at the top of the page.

You can also edit the Gallery (by clicking on "Edit), delete the Gallery by clicking "Delete" or change the order of the Galleries by using the ^ and v buttons next to the Gallery name (only work if you have more than one Gallery).

To add photo, choose the Gallery to add them to by clicking its name, then click "Add Photos." You can add and edit Photo Names, Photo Descriptions, change the order of the photos, rotate photos, move to other galleries, or delete photos.

When you add a photo, it will automatically be sized correctly, and a thumbnail will be created as needed (thumbnails are used in the Gallery view). Change the Gallery view photo by changing the first photo in the Gallery. When photos are added they are live on the website, when changes are saved they are live on the website.

When you're finished, be sure to Log Out and close the browser window.

We ask that you leave the configuration options alone - we've set them up to fit seamlessly into your website. If you change your password, please let us know for our records.
