Error - Cannot Find Website

Make sure you've typed the URL correctly. To verify you are online, try connecting to a website such as www.abcnews.com or www.weather.com. If your website is not available, call 850 302-0659. If the website you're trying to visit is not your website, and you can access such sites as www.abcnews.com or www.weather.com, try the website in question again in a few hours, or even the next day. Their host server is probably experiencing problems. Unfortunately, we only have control over the servers of the websites we host.

Error - Cannot Find Mail Server

Verify your internet access is working. If so, wait about 10 minutes and try to check your e-mail again, continuing every 10 minutes until your mail successfully checks. If you are unable to connect to your mail server after 30 minutes, please contact CWS at 850 302-0659.

Script Errors

If you receive a script error while attempting to log in or while logged, close all browser windows and reboot your computer. After Windows opens, start your browser and try to access your modifiable pages again. If the error repeats itself, please copy the text of the error and paste it into a word processing program or Notebook. Send the error message via e-mail with a description of what you were doing to at the time of the error to support@getcws.com. If you need help cutting and pasting the error message, please call 850 302-0659, during normal business hours.
